The Producers in America (entrepreneurs, business owners, doctors, lawyers, CPAs ; ) and the like) will not continue to work hard, if just to see the fruit of their efforts stolen away and given to the non-producers of society.
It’s called “Going Galt.” As in John Galt, from the Ayn Rand novel Atlas Shrugged.
And it’s no way to grow the economy.
But you knew that already.
