The $6 Billion, bi-partisan, legislation uses language like “serve,” “community,” and “volunteerism.”

But it also includes “Social Innovation Fund” and “mandatory service requirement for all able young people.”

The economic crisis seems to be providing perfect cover for new social engineering.

Beware bipartisanship.
