Rush Limbaugh announced Monday that he’s packin’ up his second- and rarely used- home in New York and heading for lower ground. Lower tax ground, that is.
New York Governor Paterson and the state legislature came to an agreement on extreme tax hikes over the weekend. Limbaugh refuses to pay an income tax increase of 31% on money made when he does his radio show from New York City. And he thinks others are going to do the same.
Limbaugh says he will seek an income tax-free state – like Texas- as a second home to escape to when hurricane season hits his south Florida home.
